    Our most requested space with unobstructed waterfront views make it the most scenic setting in the house. This space is designed for seated events rather than mingling, and is reserved exclusively for half or full buyouts. If the view is the centerpiece of your event, this is where you'll want to be.

    A shaded, open air perch with skyline views - including the Space Needle, that make it a favorite for mingling and casual gatherings. The front-row city views make it a standout spot for parade days and outdoor celebrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. For groups of 20 or more, a deposit is required to secure the space:

    • Front Patio: $5 per person

    • Dining Area: $10 per person

    • Back Patio: $20 per person

    Deposits are applied toward your food and beverage total on the day of the event.

  • Yes, but with conditions:

    • Buffet-style events: fully refundable up to 7 days before the event; non-refundable within 7 days of the event

    • Seated reservations: fully refundable up to 3 days before the event

  • Yes, minimum spend requirements vary by space, season, and event. Please fill out the reservation form above, and our team will provide a quote tailored to your group.

  • For parties of 8 or more, an automatic 22% gratuity is added to the final bill. Bills can be split into a maximum of 5 separate checks. We recommend staying within 5 for smoother service, but can coordinate in advance if your group needs a different arrangement.

  • The Dining Area can be divided for smaller, semi-private events. The Front Patio can be reserved for half. The Back Patio is available only as a half or full buyout — it is not available for smaller party reservations.

  • We offer a buffet menu and our regular menu, both available on our website. Our late night menu is available for events hosted after 10 PM — please request this when booking.

    Note: Menu ingredients depend on seasonal availability.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for high-demand spaces or peak seasons, such as the Back Patio or summer months.

    Please note that we require at least 3 days’ advance notice for all buffet-style events.

  • Item description
